From the mines to today — four generations of unbreakable work ethic.

In this 1940 photograph, my great-grandfather, grandfather, and great-uncle stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the hardworking men of Crummies Creek Coal Company. These were men who rose before the sun, labored deep underground, and built lives through sweat, determination, and raw grit. They didn’t inherit their success they earned it with their own two hands and backs.

That same spirit of relentless hard work didn’t end in the coal fields. It was passed down through our family like a sacred inheritance. From those early days of mining, we learned that real results come from showing up, working harder than the next person, and never cutting corners. That legacy is the foundation of our company today.
